STANDARD PACKAGES

The package dimensions are approximately:

• height: less than 1m
• width: less than 1.10m
• length: 1m to 12m

Fresh cut, impregnated timber is packed with sticks between every 2nd or 4th layer respectively without sticks when impregnated piece by piece.

On request packages can also be bundled as pallet-packages. The advantage of such bundling is that the packages can be piled up without inserting poles between the bundles manually. The disadvantage is that when the bottom bundle is placed on dirty ground the bottom-layer is unproteced.

SEMI-PACKAGES

The package dimensions are approximately:

• height: less than 0.5m
• width: less than 1.10m
• length: 1m to 12m

2/3-PACKAGES

This way of bundling is to be recommended in countries where standard height restrictions for transports are given.
